What I do

I’m a behavioural scientist and qualified health coach, working with individuals and organisations who want to create meaningful, lasting change.
My approach draws on evidence-based behavioural science, over fifteen years’ experience in digital health, and my own experience of living with a chronic condition.
I specialise in sustainable change: moving away from the all-or-nothing rollercoaster, and towards approaches that are kinder, more realistic, and more likely to stick.
