Hi, I'm Rosie

For years, I thought being healthy meant ticking boxes: eat well, exercise more, lose weight. I’ve spent my career in health behaviour change, so I knew all the “right” answers. But things only really shifted once I realised that true health comes from listening to your body, not fighting it.

If you’ve spent years trying to do the “right things” for your health but still feel stuck, guilty, or exhausted by it all, you’re not alone. Many women in midlife find that what used to work doesn’t anymore, and that traditional health advice just adds to the pressure.

As a health coach, I help women find a new way to do "healthy", by rebuilding their relationship with food, movement, and their bodies.

What I do

Through health coaching, I help you uncover what truly matters to you, clear the barriers getting in your way, and build new habits that fit your real life — not someone else’s idea of “perfect health.” You’ll get practical tools, gentle accountability, and compassionate support along the way.

My clients are often women who are tired of the all-or-nothing cycle, want to feel more at ease in their bodies, and are ready to find a more balanced, sustainable way forward. I’m also a qualified Menopause Movement coach, specialising in supporting women through perimenopause and beyond.

My approach

Most “health” advice focuses on willpower, restriction, and weight loss. My approach is different — it’s about reconnecting with your body, your values, and your sense of joy in looking after yourself.

Values over weight loss

Instead of chasing numbers on a scale, we focus on what truly matters to you: energy, confidence, connection, or feeling strong. When your goals are grounded in your values, healthy habits start to feel more meaningful and motivating.

Acceptance, not punishment

Real change doesn’t come from fighting your body. I’ll help you build a kinder relationship with yourself - learning to respect your body’s signals and treat it as something worth caring for, not fixing.

Flexibility and freedom

Forget rigid food rules or punishing routines. We’ll explore ways of eating and moving that feel good and fit your life — so you can enjoy looking after your health, rather than feeling like it’s another thing you’re failing at.

"Rosie gently guided me through confronting some of my negative thought patterns around how I think and feel about my body, as it changes through peri-menopause and post pandemic."

Packages

Choose the level of support that fits where you are right now — from a gentle reset to a deeper journey of change. Your first step is a free discovery call, where we’ll talk about what you’d like to work on and find the right package for you. Once you’ve completed a package, you can continue with pay-as-you-go sessions to keep your momentum going.

1 / The Reset — 4 sessions / £250

A short, focused kick-start to help you reconnect with your body and find your footing again. Ideal if you want to explore whether coaching is right for you or need some direction to get back on track with your health and wellbeing.

2 / The Rebalance — 6 sessions / £350

Our most popular option — the perfect investment in your health. Six sessions give you the time and support to make meaningful, lasting changes, building new habits that feel sustainable and aligned with your values.

3 / The Deep Dive — 8 sessions / £450

For when you’re ready to go deeper. This package gives us space to unpick more complex patterns around food, movement, or body image, and build a truly personalised foundation for long-term wellbeing. It’s also the best value if you’re ready to commit to real change.
