Want to overhaul your social media, and fill it with positive representations of women like you? Here are my favourite accounts to follow!

Curating my own feed with people in bigger bodies has been one of the most transformative parts of my body acceptance journey. These are the creators who have brought me joy, representation, comfort, and inspiration - simply by existing as themselves. I hope they do the same for you.
@meganjaynecrabbe – Bold and colourful body-positivity creator who’s also written some really great books (her first book, Body Positive Power, started me on my own body acceptance journey!). She also has a Facebook page.
@laura.adlington – Formerly on the Bake Off, posts a lot of fashion content. Also now co-hosts the Go Love Yourself podcast.
@itslaurensmithy – A personal fave of mine - she posts a lot of content from her life, including a lot of fashion inspo. Also co-hosts the Go Love Yourself podcast with Laura Adlington.
@yrfatfriend – The ultimate fat activist creator - has written a couple of brilliant books, and also co-hosts the brilliant Maintenance Phase podcast.
@bodyposipower – Cheerful body-image content, including real-life insights & self-love inspo. She also has a Facebook page.
@curvy_roamer – Posts a lot of fashion and beauty content. Also has a Facebook page.
@michellelelman – Posts about her size and body image as well as about relationships and friendships.
@msjaydeadams – Comedian and actor who is also fat.
@shannon.futcher – Posts about fashion and body image, and her history of eating disorders.
@thebeccamurray – US-based photographer, includes some plus size fashion content as well as general content from her life.
@bodyimage_therapist – Body image therapist who lives in a bigger body herself. Posts insightful content and occasionally about herself.
@tallyrye – Personal trainer who advocates for "intuitive movement", and posts a lot about her own life. Also wrote a great book called Train Happy.
@sofiehagendk – Comedian who posts about their life as well as sometimes about fatness/their body. Wrote a great book called Happy Fat.
@calliethorpe – Lots of great travel content.
@mary.beth.knight – Great artist who does amazing paintings of her own body.
